After spending a few years studying and doing odd jobs around Laidlaw while studying, Kyla started in her role as Partnership Administrator in November 2023. As a member of the Programme Delivery Team, Kyla supports Laidlaw to develop and establish partnerships with other colleges and churches.
Kyla has previously studied a BSc in Medicinal Chemistry, and is currently completing her MTh in Biblical Studies. She is passionate about learning in all sorts of fields, and loves the way that God so creatively weaves different strands of knowing together into a cohesive picture. She also loves teaching and supporting people to learn and grow in what they are passionate about.
Kyla is married to Thomas and attends Lincoln Road Bible Chapel, where she is deeply invested in her local church community. In her spare time Kyla loves running, cycling, cooking, baking, and reading. She is also passionate about hospitality and providing spaces where people can learn and grow together, bringing those in from the margins, and extending the loving generosity of Christ.
